Friday 19th July,
Called in at Sue Smith yard today, and paid a quick visit to see Romeo still grazing on his summer break and ended up with the attached video thanks to camera man / stable man Reece, who has cared for Romeo ever since our fella arrived at the yard back in June`21.
Not the most professional video you`ll ever see, but I know our Romeo has got a large following, so at least we can all see him fit, fat and just about ready, and the plan is for him to be returned to the yard towards the end of July, when the long haul to race fitness will begin
Indeed,whilst I was there I was also told about one or two nice young prospects for the coming season.
Early days yet but the Smiths have looked after me nicely over the last 20 years, so should anyone be interested in joining myself and the guys at McGoldrick Racing with our next purchase, then please call me, or make a request to be kept in touch, then, by all means, please feel free to do so.
