Thanks to Racing TV I received an excellent video from them as a memento of Beckys recent Pontefract success, which includes pre race comments from Peter Naughton, followed by the race itself, and finally the post race plaudits for Beckys efforts.
There is also the dreaded interview, during which I should have given the syndicate and its members a nice plug, but it didn`t happen.
Instead you got the old 2008 Mister McGoldrick story about me deciding not to go, then changing my mind at the last minute.
Peter Naughton has always been a big fan of the old horse, and I appreciate the fact he always says nice things about us whenever we have a runner and he`s on duty.
